You would just have to remove them and check to see if they are the same. I believe that has the correct sizes on his website, being a chinese carb you may be able to use commonly available jets you may not. So don't do that!! Being a new carb they are prolly not clogged but they may not be the right size. This is the really tiny bugger that will clog up if you look at it with a cross-eyed Roo. The needle is attached to the slide valve and will open up the main jet as you open the throttle more. Now we need to worry about the carb's guts. OK so you have been fidgeting around with the settings and nothing seems to be working. If you cant twist and go, play with the mixture screw a bit more to get the settings happy with the bike. How does the throttle respond? Does the bike rev properly? If so make some fine adjustments to the idle speed to make it so it will run in gear and not pull the bike forward until you give it throttle, and make sure that you can twist and go, without any fiddling.

Turn in until the bike stumbles and runs bad ( it may even die) then turn out 1/2 turn. Once the engine is warm and the choke is off it's time to adjust the idle mixture. Start again, keep it running and make adjustments to the speed screw as needed to get the bike to idle and stay running. Leave the mixture screw alone for right now, and lets give it a bit more idle speed. does it start? Lets say it does then dies right away. Turn the speed screw in just until it makes contact with the slide.

Turn out the idle speed screw so the valve goes down all the way, then turn the mixture screw in till it bottoms out (gently here) turn the mixture screw out 2 full turns as a good starting point. OK so now if that is all good and you are still having issues we need to set the carb up. Also make sure that the cable has slid down into the slide valve all the way. If you cant get the slide to go all the way down you may need a new cable, top set or carb that will be compatible. Make it as long as possible to get the slide valve all the way down, then adjust as needed to give yourself about 1/8" of play at the twisty end before the slide moves. (you may only have one of these on your bike some have both) Then at the top set there should be another adjustment. The first is at the grip where the cable guide enters the control, screw in the adjustment all the way, then at the cable guide where the cable enters the guide. Take the carb off and check the slide valve to make sure it is all the way down (with the idle speed screw all the way out) Most of these bikes have 2 or 3 adjustment points for this cable. If your new carb has a different top set (the part of the carb that screws on and the cable passes through) the factory cable may be too short. There should also be a gasket between the top set and the carb body. There should be a rubber boot around the top set and it should go to the cable. First off make sure there is no air leaks not only around the carb mounting points but also the top set and where the cable enters the top set. Postie bike!! I am doing a custom/restoration on a 1978 CT90 right now!! Ok so I ran into this issue as well.
